Michelle Lee Fernandez is the owner and artist of Fresh Ink Tattoo IOM, which she established in 2016. She is a creative individual who holds a fine arts degree and a bachelor's degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Chicago.

Jasmin has always enjoyed drawing from a young age. She found her love and appreciation for tattoos as a medium of art at college and thats when she decided she wanted to become a tattoo artist.

She has a background in graphic design, photography and creative media.

​Her style interests are Neo-Traditional, Oriental and Blackwork.
